Question: Do you provide sanitary disposal of coolers? How is it performed?

Answer: Sanitary disposal of coolers is done at our factory before coolers are delivered to clients. After that we provide sanitary disposal service upon clients’ request. The procedure should be performed according to the instruction attached to the contract for cooler provision. It’s recommended to arrange sanitary disposal every 3-4 months.

Question: What material the water bottles are made of?

Answer: Our water is filled in re-usable bottles made of polycarbonate, food grade plastic. They are ecologically safe and fully preserve taste of water. High fusion temperature of polycarbonate (250-270°C) allows us sterilize the bottles after each use without any risk of changing form or structure of the material.

Question: Does your company provide guarantee maintenance of the equipment?

Answer: According to the contract our company undertakes guarantee maintenance of leased equipment. If we are selling a cooler, the guarantee period is one year.

Question: What is the shortest possible period of leasing a cooler?

Answer: Our company leases all sorts of equipment to organizations and individuals. Minimum period of leasing a cooler or a pump is 1 month. Equipment leasing is paid upon first delivery.
